  1. The school fees are payable for the entire academic session of 2021-2022. The fees can be paid either in full or in 9 Installments.
  2. A student will be considered as continuing in the next session only on the payment of 1st instalment of the fees by 20th April, 2021.
  3. In case of non-payment of a monthly installment, by the due date of the respective month, a late payment charge @ Rs. 100/- per month & part month will be levied for each installment.
  4. Non-payment of an installment for three months will entail the student for de-enrollment from the rolls of the School without any further notice.
  5. No reduction in tuition fees and any other fee/charges is made for holidays and broken periods.
  6. The School Account’s office will accept cash only during emergency or any difficulty in making payment through Banks/Online Modes.
  7. 100/- will be charged for re-issue of fee book if it is lost or damaged.
  8. In case of withdrawal of students, Guardians must give a written application to the Director with one full calendar months’ notice or a month’s full fees has to be paid.
  9. Transfer certificate charges applicable as Rs. 300/-
  10. Transfer certificate will not be issued before all the dues are fully paid.
  11. Students are liable to be charged as long as their names have not been struck-off from the rolls.
  12. Fees once paid is not refunded for any reason whatsoever.
  13. Parents are requested to update the fee paid details in the Almanac for easy reference.


We encourage you to use online methods of payments and not to wait until the last day to make your payment. By paying early and paying online you will avoid long lines at the Bank.

Open PAYTM app and go to ‘Fees’ section

Process of Fees Payment for B.D. Memorial Jr. School:

1. ‘B.D. Memorial’ should be selected by default, If not then start typing B. D. M as Institute’s name and then select ‘B.D. Memorial’ as shown in the screenshot

2. Enter student’s Admission Number as per Fees Slip, for Enrollment Number

3. Click on ‘Proceed’ to pay through Paytm wallet or other options provided by the paytm
4. After successful transaction save the transaction receipt as a reference for future


Pay Through ICIC Bank Eazypay For Session 2021-22

Process of Fees Payment for B.D. Memorial Jr. School:

    • Click on ICICI Eazypay buttons for given months
    • Enter student Admission No & your mobile number & Click on Show Details
    • Enter OTP received on Mobile & Click on Submit
    • View fees
    • Accept terms & condition by clicking the check box
    • Select mode of payment: Debit Card, Credit Card & Net banking
    • Debit Card/Credit Card: You will be directed to pay through Debit Card/Credit Card
    • Net banking : You will be directed to multiple banks for payment

After the payment is being made the system will show the status of the transaction; if successful a receipt will be generated which can be kept for further reference.


Pay Through HDFC Bank For Session 2021-22

Process of Fees Payment for B.D. Memorial Jr. School:

1. Select the respective branch – B.D. Memorial

2. The student will type (ADMISSION NUMBER) in the respective field.

3. After login student has to select their fees and click on Continue and Pay.
4. After a successful payment, the student can download the fee receipt.

*NOTE: There is no transaction charge on the fees paid . However, it may be applied in future without notice.
