Proud Moment for B.D. Memorial Jr. School
We are delighted to share that our respected Director & Principal, Dr. Suman Sood, has been conferred with the Governor’s Award for Excellence in Education at a special programme held at Raj Bhawan, Kolkata, in the presence of Hon’ble Governor of West Bengal, Dr. C. V. Anand Bose.
This recognition, received during the Prime Minister’s 75th Birthday Celebration at Raj Bhawan, is a testament to Dr. Sood’s unwavering dedication, passion, and remarkable contribution to the field of education, especially in early childhood learning.
Dr. Sood expressed her heartfelt gratitude to her mentors, colleagues, students, and well-wishers, and acknowledged the constant support of the school management. She dedicated this award to the collective efforts of the entire B.D. Memorial Jr. School family.
